Help & Support

Overview

The Help & Support area lets you submit support requests or complaints, track ticket status, and continue conversations with the support and admin teams. Replies may also arrive by email, so you can follow updates in both places.

Access Key Limitation

Help & Support is not available for users who sign in with an access key.

Open Help & Support

Use the left sidebar to open Help & Support. This page lists your tickets and provides a New Ticket button to create a new request.

Create a Support Ticket

  1. Click New Ticket.
  2. Enter a Ticket Subject.
  3. Select a Ticket Category: Account & Billing, Storage (IPFS & S3), or General.
  4. Choose a Ticket Severity (priority) from the dropdown.
  5. Add a clear Ticket Description so the team can reproduce the issue.
  6. (Optional) Click Attach a picture to include a screenshot or file.
  7. Click Submit Ticket.

Create a help ticket

Review Tickets

Your tickets appear in a list with Ticket Subject, Status, Category, Severity, and Created At. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific ticket.

View and Reply to Messages

Each ticket includes a messages view for ongoing communication with the support and admin teams.

  1. Open the ticket's three dot menu (⋮).
  2. Select View messages.
  3. Read updates from the support or admin teams.
  4. Type a response in the message field to continue the conversation.
